Vegan Food Quest continues…

What a fantastic month we have had in Vietnam where we’ve really enjoyed keeping you updated with our Vegan Food Quest meets Vegan MoFo 2014 tour of Vietnamese vegan food!

If we’re honest though, every month is a Vegan MoFo for us as we travel around on our Vegan Food Quest to find, eat and write about the best vegan food in the world. So, the Vegan Food Quest continues and between now and the end of the year we’ll be continuing to blog about all the great vegan food we find plus we’ve got some super awesome plans already (you can tell we’re excited, right?!).

The next few stops on the Vegan Food Quest will see us returning to as well as visiting which are brand new locations for the Vegan Food Quest.

The next few stops on the Vegan Food Quest will see us returning to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore as well as visiting Sri Lanka and The Maldives which are brand new locations for the Vegan Food Quest.

Thailand is where Vegan Food Quest began back in January and our return coincides with the 9 Gods Vegetarian festival in Trang which should be very interesting as everyone eats vegan food only for 9 days… watch this space to read about the festivities! We’ll also make sure we eat as many Khanom Krok as we can – (oh khanom Krok how we’ve missed you!)

We have a few vegan luxury vegan hotels lined up for Singapore, including the Westin Hotel where we’ll sample a vegan meal from their Superfoods RX menu at Seasonal Tastes.

Of course, no visit to Singapore would be complete without at least 2 return visits to the super cool and super delicious VeganBurg! We’ll be reporting back on the Monthly Special burger as well as munching our way through the other cheeky vegan burgers on the menu.

The final Sri Lanka plans are still TBC, but we are certainly looking forward to visiting the lovely Ging Oya Lodge and meeting with friends and family for Xmas and New years Eve.

It is hard to contain our excitement but we are also ‘popping over’ to The Maldives whilst in Sri Lanka via British Airways Business Class, a private sea plane transfer (and a lot of vegan excitement) which will see us arriving in paradise – Atmosphere Kanifushi – a new luxury resort with a vegan restaurant called PURE VEG!

They’ve already created some new vegan recipes which we’ll be sharing on the blog and we’re really looking forward to testing all that vegan food out.
